Minors may use the services only under the guidance of a parent or legal guardian.
By using our services, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.
All bookings must be made through our official website.
Users are required to provide accurate personal and contact information while making a booking.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. Seva Satkar is not responsible for any transaction failures or delays caused by these providers.
Prices for different puja and offering services are listed on the website and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment data is stored securely in compliance with the IT Act 2000 and related rules.
Users can cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled puja for a partial/full refund as per our refund policy.
Refunds will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment method.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the deadline.
Seva Satkar reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
All contribution/offering payments are non-refundable once the service execution has started (e.g., puja commenced, video proof prepared).
Pujas and offerings are conducted as per traditional rituals and guidelines by qualified priests.
Services may include: puja ceremonies, chadhawa offerings, food distribution, cow fodder distribution, and deep daan (lamp offering) at sacred rivers such as the Kshipra.
Users receive video proof of the service and priest’s sankalp using their name and gotra wherever applicable.
Seva Satkar is not responsible for any dissatisfaction regarding the spiritual experience, as religious beliefs and experiences vary from person to person.
Users attending the puja physically must reach the designated venue on time.
Users shall not misuse the platform or engage in fraudulent activities.
Any disrespectful behavior towards priests or service providers may lead to termination of services without a refund.
Users are expected to provide correct information for bookings, including name, gotra, and other relevant details required for the puja.
Seva Satkar acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for any discrepancies in the services provided by third-party priests or vendors.
We do not guarantee specific spiritual outcomes from any puja or ritual.
Seva Satkar shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
All personal information and payment details shared with Seva Satkar are protected and securely stored in compliance with the IT Act 2000 and related rules.
Information will not be shared with third parties except as required to fulfill service obligations.

Videos and content provided as part of the service are for the customer’s personal use only and may not be shared publicly without written permission.

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.

All contributions or offerings booked through Seva Satkar are paid services provided by Quantum Horizon Pvt. Ltd.
Customers receive video proof and priest’s sankalp for each offering.
These are not donations, and therefore no tax deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act is applicable.
Receipts or invoices will be issued for all payments.
