All Puja Services and offerings booked through Seva Satkar™ are paid services, including Chadhawa, food distribution, cow fodder offerings, and Deep Daan. Refunds are generally not provided once a service is booked or completed.
Modifications to bookings are allowed up to 36 hours before the scheduled Puja Service. To request a modification (e.g., date or priest change), please contact us via email or phone in advance.
In cases where a one-to-one or group Puja is canceled by the temple or religious institution due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds will not be issued. If the Puja Service is rescheduled, we will inform you and conduct the service at the newly assigned auspicious time determined by the priest.
Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Quantum Horizon Pvt. Ltd. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
If Quantum Horizon Pvt. Ltd. is unable to fulfill the service or deliver the product, the order will be canceled, and any amount paid will be refunded to the user within 14 business days.
Possible Reasons for Cancellation:
Non-availability of products or Puja Services
Errors in pricing information
Non-availability of the priest
Overcrowding at the temple or religious institution
Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)
Customers will be notified immediately via email or phone in case of cancellations.
Puja Services may be canceled or rescheduled by Quantum Horizon Pvt. Ltd., the temple, or religious institution without prior notice due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
Significant events at the temple
Non-availability of the priest
Overcrowding at the temple
Government-imposed restrictions (lockdowns, curfews, quarantine measures)
Acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, or other force majeure events
Quantum Horizon Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience, loss, or damages incurred due to these circumstances. Spiritual outcomes are not guaranteed.
