Refund Policy

At Quantum Horizon Private Limited, we strive to ensure a seamless experience for all our users. However, please note that once a Puja Service is booked and/or completed, refund requests will not be accepted.

We do, however, allow modifications to bookings up to 36 hours before the scheduled Puja Service. If you wish to modify your booking, kindly reach out to us in advance.

Additionally, in cases where a one-to-one puja or group puja is canceled by the temple or religious institution due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds will not be issued. If the temple or religious institution reschedules the Puja Service to an alternative date, we will notify you in advance and conduct the Puja Service at the newly assigned auspicious time, as determined by the priest.

Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and in exceptional circumstances, we may honor the request at our discretion. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method.


Cancellation Policy

In the event that a User places an order and Quantum Horizon Private Limited is unable to fulfill the service or deliver the product, the order will be canceled, and the transaction amount (if already paid) will be refunded to the User.

Possible Reasons for Cancellation:

  • Non-availability of the Products or Puja Services

  • Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information

  • Non-availability of the priest

  • Overcrowding at the temple or religious institution

  • A force majeure event (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)

In such cases, we will inform the User about the cancellation at the earliest. If a payment has already been made, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.


Disclaimer of Warranties

You acknowledge and agree that Puja Services may be canceled by Quantum Horizon Private Limited, the temple, or the religious institution without prior notice. Additionally, the date and time of the Puja Service may be rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Significant events occurring at the temple premises

  • Non-availability of the priest

  • Overcrowding at the temple

  • Government-imposed restrictions (e.g., lockdowns, curfews, quarantine measures)

  • Acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, or other force majeure events

In such cases, Quantum Horizon Private Limited shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience, loss, or damages incurred due to these unforeseen circumstances.
